Its location between Montargis and Nemours, allows its clients to participate in competitions, either in the south of the Ile de France or in the north of the central region, which is an important asset. Nearby woods are ideal for trotting or walking the horses.

The stables have 40 boxes for horses, as well as paddocks and small meadows. They occupy an area of nearly 6 hectares.
