Raspberry-red
A micro-fruit farm that offers fresh or processed fruit in jams, jellies, coulis or puree.
Murielle has been located since 2010, in the south of the Seine et Marne, in the heart of Bocage Gâtinais.
The area of the orchard, about one and a half hectares, allows the producer to manage the plantations and the maintenance of the fruit trees, to pick, to process the fruits in the workshop located on the farm and to ensure the commercialization by favoring the local and the direct sale.
The entire orchard is certified in Organic Agriculture: use of biodynamic preparations, decoctions and plant-based purins, preservation of biodiversity by hedges, grass strips, etc. Lots of observation, adaptation to each tree: alternation, natural shape, soft pruning…
The fruits, harvested at full maturity, are sold fresh within hours of harvest or are processed with cane sugar into jams, jellies, coulis, purees, etc. in small quantities of copper basin.
This choice of production, full field of season, in the respect (and constraints) weather make that sometimes some fruit and therefore some perfumes may be missing. However, working with a good thirty different varieties, there will always be a ripe fruit to enjoy or a jam to taste!
