Thanks to the climate and the light, filtering grouette soils, Vaucouleurs saffron was born in the heart of the Gâtinais in Château-Landon, a pretty medieval town in the south of the Seine-et-Marne region.

You can find our Safran de Vaucouleurs in the Tourist Office's local produce shop and at the Cheval Blanc restaurant in Château-Landon.
