Les Ruches des 3 vallées, run by organic beekeeper Rémy Gamet, is located in the heart of the Gâtinais region, in the south of the Seine-et-Marne.
The farm takes its name from this region, renowned for its honey. Indeed, the region is crossed by 3 rivers: the Betz, the Orvanne and the Lunain. It is also a region dotted with hedgerows made up of chestnut trees, wild cherry trees, hawthorns, oaks, acacias, maples... An exceptional flora which allows the honey to obtain its so pronounced flavours.
The honey benefits greatly from this and offers his customers a range of 7 honeys, with different packaging (3 pot sizes), and products derived from the hive: pollen, gingerbread, wax, candles, polish...
